As a gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing gardens across West London. Working closely with a collaborative team, you’ll ensure each garden remains healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing.
Your responsibilities include planting, mowing, pruning, and weeding, alongside other essential gardening tasks. Regular interaction with customers will allow you to understand their needs and deliver excellent service to help their gardens flourish. Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of gardening experience
Strong knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
Physical stamina for work in various weather conditions
A hands-on attitude, initiative, and a team-first approach
Hours & Holidays:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Mandatory time off during December
